DLD helps SuperSport & PSL celebrate 10 years

This year, SuperSport and the Premier Soccer League (PSL) celebrated ten-years of the beautiful game being broadcast on the biggest sports channel in South Africa.

The milestone was marked with an epic party to end all parties, which was managed and produces by Don’t Look Down. From the breathtaking performances, stage set-up and production, DLD made sure the show went off without a hitch all while broadcasting live on SuperSport and Mzansi Magic, both M-Net channels.

How do you capture 10-years of the beautiful game in a single moment? It’s almost impossible, without a few gorgeous friends!

The event was hosted by respected sports commentators Robert Marawa and Carol Tshabalala who has recently joined the SuperSport team in London. SuperSport also announced that Minnie Dlamini would be joining the channel as well as joining Mzansi Magic.

The celebration also had performances by some of SA’s biggest stars who have heralded local soccer over the past ten years including Trompies, Mandoza, Durban’s Finest, AKA and Lira.

SA’s young and experienced soccer stars whose careers began and climaxed in PSL also graced the event to celebrate local football. Benni McCarthy, Morgan Gould, Ramahlwe Mphahlele as well as the Iron Duke, Irvin Khoza.
